Scheduling cabinet installs with a small crew is killing me

I'm up in Minnesota and we're slammed with custom cabinet jobs right now, but scheduling these damn installs is a nightmare. Got three crews of two guys each trying to juggle kitchen remodels and bathroom vanities, but clients keep changing their minds on delivery dates from suppliers like Ferguson. Last week we had to bump a whole job because the face frames weren't ready, and now I'm eating the overtime costs on the next one. Me and the boys are using Housecall Pro for scheduling, but it ain't cutting it with all the back-and-forth. Saw a post on r/woodworking where someone mentioned FieldEdge helped with their routing, but is it worth switching? Anyone else dealing with this crap in peak season?
