Ford Transit vans killing me on maintenance for carpentry jobs

Just dropped $2,800 on a Ford Transit for the crew to haul Festool tools and plywood, but now it's in the shop every other month for suspension crap from all the rough job sites. Wrapping it cost another $1,200, and I'm regretting not going with a Ram ProMaster. Anyone else sick of these fleet headaches eating into profits?
