I've been cold emailing local realtors about custom cabinet installs, quoting $750 for a basic kitchen redo using Festool Domino joiners to show quality. Gets a few callbacks, but half ghost after hearing the price. Anyone got a better script that lands more Festool-level gigs?

man, i feel that - cold outreach is a grind when you're slinging high-end woodwork.

How do you even find the realtor emails? I tried LinkedIn and got crickets.

What's your open rate on those emails? Mine's trash for deck builds.

SharkBite fittings are trash for plumbing, but for cabinets? Nah, stick to pocket screws over fancy dominos if you're quoting that low.

FML, tried cold calling a builder last week for frameless cabinets, he laughed at my $750 quote and hung up.

bro tried quoting $750 with festool tools like it's gonna impress the builder, next time just say you're workin with toothpicks and super glue, might get a sympathy laugh before the hangup.

Do you follow up with pics of past Festool jobs? That's the only way I get traction on outreach.

those cheap assholes just ghost you anyway unless you spam em with pics, but even then angi and the lead services take a huge cut and leave you with crap jobs.
