Man, I just walked away from the trade after 25 years framing houses up in the Pacific Northwest, and it cost me a final settlement of $45k for my bad back from all those wet lumber hauls. Seeing that DIY window install reel on Instagram reminded me of all the times I did it right and still got screwed by the weather. Worth it for the memories, but damn, my knees are thanking me now.
