Working a bathroom remodel in the Pacific Northwest, client eyeing a custom walnut vanity with dovetail drawers and quartz top, but their budget's screaming for plywood instead. I quoted $2200 using solid walnut slabs from a local mill and Rockler hardware for the slides. They're hemming and hawing, any tips on upselling without scaring em off? Watched a Matt Risinger clip on material choices that helped clarify my pitch.

Show em samples side by side, walnut ages like wine but costs it too. PNW humidity makes plywood warp anyway.

True, I've seen too many cheap vanities fail in that damp. Stick to your quote.

Tough spot, I usually offer a pine alternative at $1200 to hook em, then upgrade later.
