QuickBooks messing up my cabinet job invoices big time

Been using QuickBooks Online for tracking all my custom cabinet builds and it's been a nightmare this year. Paid $300 for the premium plan thinking it'd handle the material costs for oak plywood and pocket hole joinery better, but nope, keeps double-counting my Festool tool expenses. Anyone else dealing with this crap?
