I'm a newbie in the cleaning biz, been doing residential for a year now in north jersey, and trying to break into commercial but it's a crap-show. Cold called a few office buildings last week and got laughed off when I quoted $2k a month for full-service with Hoover commercial vacs and Method cleaners, they said go pound sand. AFAIK, folks in the Cleaning Business Owners FB group say to network at chamber events but up here it's all about who you know, not what you offer. Watched a Melissa Maker video on YouTube about building a pro system but applying it to offices ain't clicking yet. Just quoted a small retail spot $800 bi-weekly and they ghosted me. SMH, anyone got real tips for getting that first commercial gig without undercutting myself to death?

Sharkbite fittings are garbage for anything under pressure, stick to soldered copper joints if you want it to last.

nah, i've used em in low pressure lines for years no issues.
