Frustrated with Google Business Profile for my cleaning service

I've been grinding away at my residential cleaning biz for 8 years now, mostly scrubbing kitchens and bathrooms with my Bissell crosswave and Method all-purpose cleaners. Set up a Google Business Profile last year thinking it'd bring in steady leads from folks searching for deep cleans in the Tampa Bay area, but damn, it's a crapshoot. I claim my profile, add photos of before-and-after oven jobs, and keep reviews updated, but half the time my posts about seasonal window washing don't show up in local searches. Someone in the House Cleaning Business Facebook group said it's all about keywords like 'eco-friendly house cleaning Tampa,' but I'm still only getting random calls for carpet steaming I don't even offer. Worse, competitors with fake 5-star reviews are ranking higher, and Google's algorithm changes every other week. It's like they're punishing small operators like me who can't afford their ads. FML, anyone else dealing with this BS?
