Switched to Housecall Pro for quoting my residential cleaning jobs last month and damn, it's made estimating move-in cleans a breeze with their templates. I'm paying $49 a month for the basic plan, but it's saved me hours on custom quotes for deep cleans. Anyone else using it for scheduling post-clean inspections?

ServiceTitan is the real money pit for us small cleaning ops, they nickel and dime you on every add-on feature while Housecall Pro at least starts cheap.

Yeah but their customer support is a joke, waited 3 days for a fix on my scheduling glitch last week.

Support sucks everywhere in this industry, might as well stick with free trials til you find one that doesn't break the bank.

Tried it for a month on a deep clean contract and the quoting templates glitched out twice, back to pen and paper for now.

Same here, nothing beats the old school notebook for quick estimates on hoarder houses.

I've been on it for 6 months with my crew, the $49 plan covers all our vacuuums and mop routes without a hitch.

FieldEdge is cheaper at $29 but lacks the cleaning-specific checklists, so Housecall wins for me.

Customer called mid-quote asking for a sparkle on their grout, I just laughed and upcharged 20% on the spot.
