Up here in the Pacific Northwest, the rain keeps everything damp and gross, so we're always chasing mold in bathrooms and kitchens. Hired this gal six months ago to handle residential deep cleans, but she kept messing up the Jobber scheduling, double-booking jobs and leaving customers pissed. Last week she no-showed a $250 office clean for a repeat client, cost me $150 in refunds and a bad review. I'm a veteran with 12 years running my crew, using O-Cedar mops and Method cleaners for that eco-friendly vibe, but this drama has me rethinking the whole team thing. Guy in the Cleaning Business Owners Facebook group said to document everything before firing, which I did, but now I'm short-handed during peak fall season. Anyone else dealt with this crap? Saw a post on r/CleaningTips about team management that got me thinking. Watched a Melissa Maker video on YouTube about efficient workflows, might need to train someone new.

jobber support is garbage, they charge $50/month and can't fix basics.

housecall pro better for routing in wet weather.
