Switched to ServiceTitan last year thinking it'd streamline my house cleaning schedules and invoicing, but damn, those $300/month fees are eating into my margins on residential deep cleans. We're talking job dispatching for my crew of three doing weekly office vacuums and bathroom scrubs, and it's not saving me near enough time to justify it. Anyone else stuck with this or found a cheaper alternative?

screw these software companies, they jack up prices every year and leave us cleaners holding the bag while they get rich off our hard work scrubbing toilets.

i ditched it after 6 months, went back to google calendar and quickbooks, saved $2k a year easy.

same here, service titans got that corporate BS vibe, not for small cleaning ops like mine.

we're all getting hosed by these tech overlords, time to unionize the cleaning crews or something.

fieldpulse is cheaper at $150/month, been using it for my detailing cleans without issues.

yep, these platforms are predatory, especially for us doing the grunt work in homes.
