Insurance companies screwing cleaners on liability for chemical spills?

Just got hit with a $1500 premium hike from State Farm because some idiot client spilled bleach during a deep clean and blamed my crew for not supervising. We've been using Method all-purpose cleaner exclusively for years, no issues till now. This is BS, how are you all dealing with this crap?
