Been using ZenMaid for my residential cleaning gigs thinking it'd make invoicing a breeze, but it's a nightmare tracking supplies and client payments. I shell out $50 a month and half the time the app glitches when I try to upload receipts for the Hoover vac bags or Method cleaners we use. Switched from paper but now I'm regretting it, especially after seeing Angela Brown's tweet about the Maid Summit where she talks real growth strategies that don't involve this headache.
