Been running my cleaning side gig for 3 years now and finally cracked consistent $150 upsells by pitching add-ons like window treatments during the initial walkthrough. Last week I turned a basic $300 residential job into $450 by suggesting we hit the blinds and baseboards with that Method all-purpose spray, which clients love for the non-toxic vibe. Feels damn good seeing the repeat bookings roll in from happy customers.

How do you even bring up the upsell without sounding pushy? I always chicken out mid-job.
