Switched to Jobber last month for my residential cleaning gigs and it's saving my ass on scheduling multiple vacants in a day, but man the learning curve sucked. Quoted a $800 deep clean for a hoarder house using their quote builder and the client bit without haggling. Housecall Pro was cheaper but their mobile app kept glitching on my android, anyone else battle that? Saw a post on r/CleaningTips about similar software headaches.

housecall pro's app crapped out on me too, couldnt even log jobs without it freezing up every five minutes. switched to jobber and yeah the learning curve pissed me off but at least it doesnt glitch like that garbage. now im quoting $700 cleans without the headache, but damn i lost a whole day sorting that mess last month.

Stick with Jobber long term, their routing for cleaning routes beats Housecall Pro hands down once you get the hang of it.

Same here, been using Jobber for 5 years on office cleans and wouldn't go back.

Yeah but the invoice templates in Housecall are simpler for quick turnarounds.

Invoices are fine but Jobber's client portal keeps em coming back for recurring cleans.

FML, tried Housecall Pro for window cleaning jobs and it doubled my double bookings, pissed.

Ugh, feel you on the android glitches, cost me a $500 contract last summer.

Ditch the mobile glitches by using Jobber's web version on a tablet, works flawless for quoting on site.

This software BS is why small cleaning ops stay broke, big corps like ServiceMaster jack up prices then blame us independents.
