ServiceTitan screwing over my cleaning crews with liability gaps, what the hell

Switched to ServiceTitan last year thinking it'd streamline scheduling for my residential deep cleans, but now I'm dealing with these BS liability issues popping up on every job. We're in Texas so heat and humidity make every grout line a mold nightmare, and without proper coverage riders, I'm sweating bullets if a client slips on a wet floor after we steam mop with the Bissell PowerFresh. The software's great for tracking supplies like Method all-purpose cleaner, but it doesn't flag insurance mismatches, and I nearly got hit with a claim last week on a $600 office cleanout. Saw a similar rant in the Cleaning Business Owners group about how these platforms nickel and dime you on add-ons. Anyone else using it for cleaning ops and found a workaround? Feels like it's turning my solo gig into a full-time headache.

man, servicetitan's liability BS has me double-checking every rider before sending out my crews too, feels like they're just waiting to screw you on the fine print.

add the general liability rider through service titan's marketplace, it's only about $50/month and covers slips on wet floors without the hassle of manual flags. been using it for my crews and it finally lets me sleep at night.

service titan's rider is a scam, doesnt cover half the crap my cleaners deal with like property damage claims, stick with jobber and actual insurance.

servicetitan's just another bloodsucking platform that hides the real costs until you're locked in, nickel and diming us on insurance add-ons like we're made of money. screw em, i'm eyeing jobber for my next switch before they bury me in claims.

Same boat here, man, ServiceTitan's liability module is a joke for anything beyond basic house cleans.
