I'm a total rookie in the cleaning game, been doing house cleans for like 2 months now in north jersey where these old apartments are full of god knows what. Paid $150 for a brand new Hoover that was supposed to handle everything, but it clogs up every 10 minutes on just regular dust and pet hair. Watched a Melissa Maker video on YouTube about pro cleaning secrets, thought that'd help, but nope. Anyone got tips for a newbie without breaking the bank? Saw some rants on r/CleaningTips about cheap vacs sucking, literally. FML, this job's tougher than it looks.
man hoover's are junk, mine clogged on the first job and i was pissed havin to rip it apart every damn time just to clear some stupid pet hair.

those cheap hoover pieces of crap are designed to fail on you fast so they can sell more, it's total BS how manufacturers screw over us pros. been fighting clogs on every job in these dusty old joints, and it's the same story every time. homeowners think a $150 vac should last forever, but nope, it chokes on basic crap after a month. switch to a dyson if you can swing it, or you're just wasting your time.

goddamn hoover's are straight trash for anything over basic fluff, they clog faster than a cheap contractor cuts corners and leave you with the mess.

upgraded to a dyson a few years back and now i breeze through those north jersey dust pits without a single clog, best $400 i ever spent.

hoovers are like that ex that promises the world but leaves you clogged with drama every time. try running a shop vac every half hour on those jersey dust bunnies, saved my sanity on a few gigs.

hoover's a piece of crap for pro work, they cut corners on the filters so they clog on basic dust and leave us newbies wasting half our day unclogging instead of cleaning.

man, hoovers clog on that crap faster than you can say 'dust bunny apocalypse,' been there every damn time in those old spots. just gotta check the hose for twists and run a broom stick through it quick, saves the headache.

check the hose and filter first, hoovers clog easy if you dont empty the canister every few rooms. grab some cheap hepa bags from home depot to keep the airflow steady without spending much.

man, hoovers clogging on basic dust is the worst, been there way too many times with my crew's setups. those old jersey apartments pack in the crud like nobody's business, makes every job a hassle. try popping the hose off and running a broom handle through it every few rooms, saves the headache. feels like they build em to fail just to sell more, right?

man, hoover's are total garbage for anything beyond a quick living room sweep, they clog faster than a backed-up gutter in a rainstorm. it's like the damn manufacturers design 'em to fail so you'll buy a new one every year, screwing over us working stiffs who can't afford to replace gear that often. north jersey apartments are petri dishes of crap anyway, but don't let their junk vac ruin your hustle. grab a shop vac hose attachment for like $20 and snake that sucker out before every job, it'll save your sanity.

damn hoover, they push these cheap pieces of crap that clog faster than a newbie can say 'suction' - it's like they're in cahoots with the big box stores to keep us buying more.

Empty the canister more often and use a crevice tool for tight spots, that'll cut down on clogs big time.

God, I remember my first vac acting up like that, wasted half my day unclogging it on a move-out clean. Switched to a shop vac for the heavy stuff and never looked back, but yeah, listen to Bill.

Hoovers are okay for starters but they ain't built for pro level, you'll be pissed when it dies on you mid-job.

swap that hoover for a shop-vac with a hepa filter, it'll handle dust bunnies without choking every five minutes. i been using the ridgid one for years on job sites and it hasn't let me down yet.
