man, had one of those days where im scrubbing grout in a 10k sq ft mcmansion in north jersey and the hoover commercial vac just dies on me halfway through. spent $85 on a new filter and belt at the local supply house but still no dice, ended up finishing with my old ryobi cordless vac which sucks for big jobs. the homeowner's yelling about dog hair everywhere and i got three more stops before 5pm. been at this 8 years and days like this make me wanna switch to office cleaning only. north jersey traffic is the worst too, added an hour just getting between gigs. anyone else dealing with finicky equipment killing your schedule?

yeah man, north jersey traffic turning a quick hop into a two hour crapshoot is my daily hell, makes me wanna chuck the vac out the window too.

what kinda dog hair are you dealing with that sticks like that? ever tried a shop vac with a hepa filter for those big jobs instead of the ryobi?

those entitled north jersey homeowners are the worst, always bitchin about every speck of dust while their mcmansions are basically dog hair farms and expect us to work miracles on a tight schedule.

swap that hoover belt every 50 jobs or itll crap out on you every time. i use eureka commercial now and havent had issues in months.
