I've been using QuickBooks for my cleaning biz and it keeps glitching on the invoicing for deep clean jobs with my Dyson V11 vacs. Last week I accidentally billed a client $300 more than the flat rate we agreed on, had to eat the refund and now they're pissed. Anybody else dealing with this crap or should I switch to something simpler like FreshBooks? FML, this is killing my margins.

damn, same here with QuickBooks eating my invoices on carpet clean jobs, feels like it's out to get us solo cleaners.

QuickBooks is a total ripoff now with their updates, they jacked prices and half the features suck for service work. We're all getting hosed by these software giants pushing us to upgrade every year.

yeah man, had a similar screwup last month on a hoarder clean and lost a repeat client over it, QuickBooks aint worth the headache anymore.
