Had a client today who haggled me down to $75 for a full deep clean on their 2-bedroom condo, then complained it wasn't spotless enough. I told her straight up, you get what you pay for with that budget - no way I'm breaking even on supplies alone. These folks act like cleaning is free labor, SMH.

these cheapskates are the WORST, always thinking they can squeeze blood from a stone when it comes to cleaning. i had a similar job last month where the lady wanted a full house scrub for $50, like im supposed to wave a magic wand and make the grime disappear. they haggle like its a flea market but then bitch about quality, as if supplies and my time grow on trees. its infuriating how they undervalue the work, treating us like disposable swiffers instead of pros who know what it takes to actually get shit clean. and dont get me started on the ones who expect hoover power without paying for the manpower behind it. we all deal with this crap, and its killing the industry one lowball at a time. homeowners need to wake up and pay fair or hire their lazy asses to do it themselves. SMH, why do they do us like this?

man, i feel that crap every time with these cheapskates who think a deep clean is just swiffer and done. had a lady last week haggle me down to 60 bucks for a full house floor job, then bitch that it wasnt shiny enough even though i spent half my time on her scratched hardwood. you get what you pay for, but they act like were beggin for work or somethin. its the same BS across all the trades, always wantin hoover results on a dollar store budget. been there too many times, makes you wanna just walk off the job.

stuck to my guns last month and turned down a $60 deep clean gig - charged $120 instead and the client raved about the results, proves quality pays off every time.

sounds like my last gig, quoted $75 and they tipped in lint from their pockets. next time upsell the 'premium dust bunny removal' add-on for laughs.
