Switched to Housecall Pro last month thinking it'd streamline my scheduling for those deep cleans and office gigs, but now my team's bitching about the constant glitches every time we log a new carpet steam job. $150 a month down the drain, and I'm spending half my day fixing dumb errors instead of out there scrubbing. Anyone got a better app that actually works without turning every route into chaos?

housecall pro turned my routes into a nightmare too, constant glitches had me yelling at my phone more than the crew. been there, feels like you're paying to make your life harder.

man, same here with housecall pro, felt like i was paying premium to babysit a glitchy app instead of running my crew.

what kinda glitches are you guys hitting the most with housecall pro, like scheduling screwups or the billing crap?

housecall pro turned my crew's routes into a total clusterfuck last year, glitches everywhere and support was worthless. switched to jobber and havent looked back, but damn these apps make me wanna go back to paper schedules.

switched to tradify last year and my crews route times dropped by 2 hours a day, worth every penny.

housecall pro turned my routes into a nightmare too, couldnt log a single job without it crashing halfway through. spent way too many hours on hold with their support just to get the same runaround. feels like were all paying for beta software that aint ready for prime time.

Don't integrate it with QuickBooks until you've tested it for a week first, or you'll end up with double-booked jobs and pissed-off clients like I did last summer.

Same shit here, man. Housecall Pro ate three hours of my time yesterday just syncing crew assignments for a hotel contract. Felt that frustration deep.
