Near miss with a live panel today, charged $800 for Klein tools upgrade after

Had a close call today when a 200A Siemens panel sparked on me during a routine service call, nearly fried my hand but I shut it down quick. Decided right then to upgrade to those Klein insulated tools, dropped $800 on a full set from Home Depot to avoid any more BS. Guy in the Electricians Network FB group mentioned something similar happened to him last month, but he wasn't as lucky.

Klein insulated are worth every penny, got the VDV500-824 set and it's saved my ass twice now. Stick with the rubber grips.

What brand panel was it exactly? Siemens or Square D?

Get the Klein 53731SEP set if you haven't, it's got the best dielectric rating for 1000V. Cheaper than hospital bills.
