ServiceTitan collections process is a total scam for solo electricians

Been using ServiceTitan for a year now and their collections module is straight up garbage when you're running a small electrical outfit. I do panel upgrades and EV charger installs, and every time I try to chase down a late invoice for something like a 200A service change, it glitches and doesn't send reminders properly. Had a client ghost me after I wired up their new subpanel with that Klein clamp meter I love, and the software just sat there like a lump. Swear to god, it's designed to screw over independents while the big boys laugh. Anyone else dealing with this crap? Saw a similar rant in Electricians Network FB group last week, but no real fixes mentioned.
