Sick of $80 Angi leads for EV charger installs

Man, these Angi leads are killing me. Just paid $80 for a lead on installing a JuiceBox EV charger, shows up and the guy's already got a DIY subpanel half-assed with 6/3 romex. Had to quote him $1500 to fix the mess and add the proper 50A breaker, but he ghosts me. Who's got better ways to generate leads without burning cash on these crappy platforms?
