Raising rates after bad review killed my Google score

Been slogging through residential wiring jobs for 8 years now, mostly subpanel installs and outlet upgrades with Southwire Romex and Eaton breakers. Last week I finally decided to bump my rates because materials costs are insane, but then this one client leaves a 1-star review saying I overcharged for a simple GFCI swap, even though I explained NEC 210.8 upfront. It's tanking my Google Business Profile, and I'm seeing fewer calls already. Anyone else dealing with reviews like this when you try to raise rates on service work? Saw a similar rant on r/electricians about handling bad feedback, and someone in Electricians Network suggested ignoring it but that ain't helping my bookings. FML, feels like you're punished for not being the cheapest guy with a Klein.
