ServiceTitan is screwing over my fleet ops for electrical jobs

I'm up in Minnesota and this winter's been a nightmare already with all the subzero temps messing with my service vans' batteries. Been using ServiceTitan for about two years now to track everything from panel upgrades to troubleshooting 240V circuits in old farmhouses, but the routing sucks for multiple stops on 14/2 romex runs. It keeps glitching when I try to schedule inspections after a main service disconnect, and half the time my guys are driving around with dead laptops because the app drains the battery faster than a bad ground. Switched from Jobber thinking the bigger name would handle our fleet better, but now I'm paying premium for what feels like beta software. Anyone else dealing with this crap? Saw a rant in Electricians Network FB group about similar issues with their van integrations.

ServiceTitan is the WORST for fleet tracking, they treat us like ATMs.
