Had this one difficult client who kept dragging his feet on a full panel replacement, said he needed to 'shop around' but finally signed off on $2500 for the Square D QO load center with all new breakers. Turns out quoting the premium brand made him see the value instead of skimping on some off-brand crap. NGL, it felt good to win that battle without dropping the price.

stick to your guns on Square D, way better arc fault protection than siemens. quote the same every time.

don't ever undersell the safety angle with panels, one bad install and you're looking at lawsuits.

$2500 sounds fair, i charge $2800 in my area for that setup including permits.

client thought he was slick asking for ebay breakers, laughed and showed him the warranty void.

controversial take but $2500 is lowball, i hit $3500 easy on square d jobs.

break it down by phases, they understand better when you show the value.
