Liability insurance rates for electricians are straight up criminal now

Man, these liability insurance premiums are killing small electrical outfits like mine. Just got quoted for a new policy that covers my work on panel upgrades and EV charger installs, and it's BS how much they've jacked up the rates without any claims on my end. We're talking about policies that should protect us from slip and fall lawsuits or faulty wiring claims, but insurers are acting like every job site's a lawsuit waiting to happen.
