Subcontracting panel upgrades, Housecall Pro making invoicing a nightmare

Subbing out a 200A panel upgrade to a buddy who uses Square D QO breakers, but Housecall Pro's subcontract billing is screwing me on the split. Charged $4500 total, should be 60/40, but it won't track the sub's hours right. Anyone else dealing with this crap?
