Raising rates after Siemens panel upgrades - just quoted $4800 and they bit

Had a customer call for a 200A service upgrade using Siemens breakers and I hit them with the $4800 price including all materials and labor. Surprised the hell out of me when they accepted without haggling, especially with copper prices being what they are. Now I'm thinking it's time to bump my rates across the board on these panel jobs, maybe add 15% for the next one. Anyone else seeing clients swallow the big quotes easier lately?
