Client accepted my $4500 Square D panel upgrade quote without blinking

Guys, a client just greenlit my $4500 quote for a full Square D panel upgrade and service entrance on their 1970s ranch house. Been doing this 15 years and that's rare as hell these days. Figured they'd lowball me like everyone else but nope, signed it on the spot after I showed 'em the NEC code 110.12 violations from the old setup.

Add a liability waiver to your contract for any future claims on that panel work, covers your ass if the inspector flags something minor.

Same shit here, finally got a client to pay full freight on a similar upgrade last month. Felt good not haggling for once.
