we're in the chicago area and i've been trying to optimize our google business profile for the last 6 months but still no real leads coming in for stuff like panel upgrades or ev charger installs. spent $500 on photos and a pro photographer to make it look legit but it's crickets. anyone else dealing with this crap?

dont waste more cash on GBP photos in chicago, i know a guy who sunk 1k into it and still got buried under all the big box stores and union outfits showing up first.
