Man, this client is driving me nuts with their constant changes on a 200A Square D panel upgrade job. I quoted $4500 flat rate including all the 2/0 copper runs and GFCI breakers, but now they want to add a subpanel without adjusting the price. I've been at this for 8 hours already today and they're nitpicking every wire nut placement. Shoulda known better than to take on residential remodels like this.

man, nightmare clients like that make me wanna stick to commercial gigs where nobody watches your every twist of the wire nut. been there on a square d job last month, had the ho nitpicking breakers til i was seein red. tell em flat out the subpanel's gonna add another 1500 or walk... life's too short for that BS.

damn, those nitpicky homeowners make every job a crap-show, been there with a remodel that dragged on for days over stupid stuff like wire colors. i quoted a similar 200a upgrade last month and they tried adding a spa disconnect without a dime extra, total BS. shoulda walked when they started changing the scope. you hanging in there or what?

dont ever let a client add shit to a flat rate job without extra cash up front, i had one pull the same stunt on a square d upgrade and it turned into a total crap-show where i ate the costs and they still complained. walk away next time before you get burned.

Ugh, same crap with a client last week, kept adding crap and acting shocked at the bill.
