first month with google ads and im drowning in vinyl plank jobs

been doing flooring installs full time for 8 years now, mostly luxury vinyl plank and hardwood refinish in the chicago area my whole career. decided to finally run some google ads last month, set a $50 a day budget targeting 'lvp installation chicago' and similar searches. holy crap, pulled in $11k in deposits already from walk-in closets to full kitchen renos. guy's asking if i can add painting services too, but im like nah, stick to what i know before i screw it up. saw a similar story in the flooring contractors network facebook group, thought it was bs but damn its real. now im scrambling to hire a helper just to keep up with the moisture barrier checks and underlayment prep. anyone else see this kind of jump from ads?
