scheduling headaches with Floor & Decor LVP jobs in north jersey

guys, saw this post in the Flooring Contractors Network group where a homeowner was bitching about chipping and shrinking LVP from Floor & Decor, and now im stuck scheduling installs around that crap in north jersey. i quoted a full house job at $8500 using their rigid core vinyl planks, but half my crew is calling out because the material warps during install if the humidity spikes. been doing flooring 8 years and this is the second time this month we've had to redo cuts and seams because of it. anyone else dealing with scheduling nightmares from subpar stock like this? trying to route three vans efficiently but callbacks are killing my profit margins. floor & decor is cheap but man, the headaches.
