QuickBooks eating my flooring biz alive with fees

Switched to QuickBooks Online for tracking my LVP installs and carpet jobs, but their $55 a month premium plan is screwing me on every transaction fee. Had a $3200 hardwood refinish gig last week and they dinged me 3% plus some BS add-on. Who's got a better bookkeeping setup that doesn't bleed you dry on flooring projects?
