ServiceTitan's scheduling is screwing over my flooring crews big time

I'm paying $300 a month for ServiceTitan just to keep my vinyl plank installs on track, but the damn app keeps double-booking jobs and pissing off my helpers. Last week it scheduled two crews on the same laminate job, and now I'm eating $1500 in overtime. Swear to god, if it wasn't for the invoicing features I'd ditch this crap yesterday.

Don't even start with scheduling software for crews, it's a recipe for disaster. I saw a guy in the Flooring Contractors Network lose a whole day's work because his app glitched and sent the wrong crew to a tile demo job. Stick to basics like Google Calendar until they fix their shit.

ServiceTitan sucks for anyone with multiple flooring trucks, it's like they designed it for solo guys only. The rage in the Contractor Flooring group is real, everyone's complaining about the same overlapping schedules and no way to override without calling support.
