Upselling LVP upgrades killing my leads, Coretec quotes at $8/sqft tanking

I'm trying to upsell from basic vinyl to Coretec LVP on these kitchen renos but customers balk at the $8 per sqft jump. Had a lead yesterday walk after I pitched the thicker underlayment for better soundproofing. Frustrated as hell, feels like I'm scaring off half my jobs.

Bundle it with the install fee and show them a sample board side by side.
