Man, managing these new LVP installers in PNW is killing me

I'm in the Pacific Northwest, zone 6 with all this damn rain making every job a moisture nightmare, and I've got these two apprentices who keep messing up the acclimation on Coretec LVP planks. Hired them three months ago thinking they'd help me hit more installs, but now I'm shelling out an extra $2k a month in rework because they don't check subfloors right. Me and the boys in the Flooring Contractors Network group are all commiserating about how hard it is to find guys who actually care about expansion gaps. Saw a post on r/Flooring last week where someone said the same, and yeah, it's frustrating as hell. Anyone got tips on training without babysitting every step?
