Hit $300k this year installing LVP in zone 4 homes

Finally crossed that $300k revenue mark after 8 years grinding away at flooring installs. We're in the Atlanta area, zone 4 so humidity is a beast but CoreTec LVP holds up like a champ on these concrete slabs. Switched to Housecall Pro for scheduling last year and it cut my no-shows in half, plus I finally hired a helper to handle the underlayment prep. Proud as hell to pay off the truck and take the family to Disney without sweating the bill. Saw some similar stories in the Flooring Contractors Network group, but damn it feels good to say it myself.

Frustrated with helpers too, mine keeps messing up the glue-down seams.

Zone 4 or not, SharkBite style push-fit transitions are the way to go for LVP edges. Fight me if you think glue is better.
