had a client today who signed off on the quote for Coretec luxury vinyl plank but when i showed up to start the job she starts bitching about the price being too high now that it's time to pay. i quoted her $4500 for 1200 sq ft including underlayment and trim and she wants me to knock off half because her husband 'didn't realize'. what a load of crap, these cheapskates always do this.
