Dropped $5k on ServiceTitan last year thinking it'd make booking vinyl plank installs a breeze, but now I'm paying $300 a month extra just to fix their routing glitches. Every time I load up a job for Coretec or something, it double-books my guys and screws the timeline. Anyone else stuck in this crap?
