Man, switching to QuickBooks for invoicing my flooring installs has been a total pain in the ass, especially tracking materials like those LVT planks from Shaw. Me and the boys spent half a day yesterday trying to reconcile a batch of invoices for a commercial tile job, and the software kept glitching on the labor hours for the underlayment prep. I thought it'd streamline everything, but now I'm double-checking every damn entry to make sure we're not shorting ourselves on the glue and grout costs. Anyone else dealing with this crap? Finally got it sorted, but it ate into our downtime. Swear, next time I'm looking at something simpler for the crew.

dude, quickbooks glitching on labor hours is the worst, been there with my crew on a big vinyl plank job last month and it straight up cost us a whole evening of beer time.

quickbooks is a glitchy mess for flooring jobs too, spent three hours last week fighting it just to log some coretec plank costs and the hours for my helper's layout work. it's like the damn thing hates actual trades, keeps rounding down the material totals and i end up short on the invoice. switched to jobber for a trial but even that's got its bs. pissed off cause i thought it'd save time, not eat it.

stick with quickbooks if you want headaches, but i saw a buddy lose a whole week chasing down glitches like that on a big lvt install. ended up shorting his material costs by 15% cuz the software wouldnt track the underlayment right. ditch it for something like floorzap that syncs clean, or youll be reconciling forever. dont let it screw your margins on those shaw planks.

quickbooks is the devil incarnate, straight up screwing over every flooring guy i know with its bullshit glitches and endless double-checks just to get paid what we're owed.

switch to jobber for invoicing, its way smoother for lvt jobs and wont glitch your payroll like that. set up recurring invoices once and youre golden, no more pizza runs.

quickbooks is a total scam, designed to waste our time while the suits get rich off our subscriptions, and dont even get me started on how it mangles material costs for shit like LVT jobs.

quickbooks is like that ex who promises to change but keeps screwing up your weekends. i switched to floorzap for my duct jobs and suddenly my invoices don't hate me anymore.

quickbooks is like that one drunk buddy who promises to help with the install but ends up glitching harder than a warped lvt plank, ha. me and my crew wasted three hours last week fightin it, shoulda stuck to pencil and paper.
