Job Management Software Turning My Flooring Crew into a Shitshow

I've been running a small flooring install crew for years now, and thought switching to Housecall Pro would fix our scheduling headaches with all the LVP and hardwood jobs piling up. But damn, this thing keeps double-booking me for glue-down installs and laminate cuts, and the routing feature sucks for avoiding traffic jams on job sites. Watched a Home RenoVision video on the weekend about better ways to handle multi-room projects, and it made me realize how behind we are. The app glitches out half the time when I'm trying to update material lists for Pergo planks or trafficmaster vinyl. My guys are showing up late to tile jobs because of these sync issues, and I'm about ready to chuck my tablet across the van. NGL, it's making every day feel like a crap-show. Anyone else dealing with this in flooring?
bro, same shit here with housecall pro turning my crew's sod installs into a total cluster every time the routing glitches out in traffic.

housecall pro is a total scam, turning solid crews into circus acts with their glitchy bullshit. these software companies don't give a damn about us floor guys fighting traffic and double-books, just want our monthly fees while we eat the losses. i've seen too many jobs tank because of their sync fails, and it's pissing off every contractor i know.

housecall pro turned my scheduling into a total clusterfuck last season, had two crews show up at the same spot for lvp installs. ditched it for jobber after wasting a whole week on glitches and never looked back.

Never trust software that can't handle basic routing for a flooring gig. Switched back to paper schedules after one too many mix-ups on subfloor preps.

Same shit here man, my crew was an hour late to a whole-house refloor because the app 'updated' and wiped the route. Felt that frustration all day.

Haha, yeah, and then the homeowner's yelling about the delay while you're scrambling with the underlayment rolls. Total comedy of errors.

It's bullshit, these apps are designed by desk jockeys who never hauled a single sheet of plywood. Flooring pros get screwed every time with these 'innovations'.

Man, that sucks. We've all been there with software turning a smooth LVT install into overtime hell.

Lol, sounds like my first time using a laser level that decided to die mid-floor layout. Tech hates us trades.

Ugh, I hear you on the glitches. Lost a full day of engineered hardwood installs last week to some dumb sync error.

Try integrating it with Google Calendar at least, cuts down on the double-books for my tile setting jobs. Not perfect but better than nothing.
