Just put up a quick LinkedIn post about my latest install using Coretec LVP in a 2000 sq ft kitchen reno, and bam, got a DM from a developer needing the whole deal for a flip house down here in Nashville. Tagged it with some before-and-after shots from a similar job, and next thing you know, they're quoting me for the full $15k gig including subfloor prep and transitions. NGL, I was skeptical about LinkedIn for flooring leads, but this one's a game-changer after months of chasing commercial stuff. Saw a thread on r/flooring where someone mentioned it works if you keep it real with the project details. Figured I'd share the post that sealed it, might help you guys too. Edit: Signed the contract yesterday, starting demo next week.

drop a quick tip in your post about using 100% silicone for the transition edges on coretec lvp, that's what hooked my last developer lead.

Congrats on the $15k pull, man. For the subfloor, always level it first with self-leveling compound to avoid callbacks. I've done a few LVP jobs here and it saves headaches down the line.
