Dealing with BS inspector on garage door safety certs

Just failed a routine inspection because the guy said my Clopay door setup didn't meet some obscure local code on reverse mechanism sensitivity, even though it's UL 325 compliant. Been installing these for 10 years and this is the first time someone's pulled this. Frustrated as hell, had to reschedule the whole commercial job. Anyone else run into picky inspectors on opener alignments or spring tension specs?

Happens too often. Document everything with photos before they even show up.

Damn inspectors, always changing the rules mid-game on us.
