Just finished a full garage door opener replacement with a LiftMaster 8500W, quoted $950 all in, and the client is dragging their feet on the final invoice. It's been two weeks and they're ghosting my calls. Anyone else dealing with this crap on installs?

Damn, that sucks. Had a similar run-in last month with a sectional door job.

What'd you do to collect? I ended up having to send a demand letter through a buddy lawyer.

Yeah, small claims for me next time, no more playing nice.

Screw these homeowners, always think installers are hobbyists or something.

Total BS, we bust our asses balancing those heavy panels and they act like it's free.

Ugh, feel your pain brother. Mine was a $1200 Clopay door sub job that took forever to pay out.

Insurance companies pull this too on claims, drives me nuts.

Been there, man. Gave up on a couple clients and wrote it off as a lesson learned.
