Switched to ServiceTitan for scheduling garage door jobs and it's a total time suck trying to route techs between opener installs and spring replacements. I'm paying $95 a month for this and still ending up with double-booked calls half the time. Anyone else feel like it's more hassle than it's worth for a small operation like mine?
