ServiceTitan's scheduling is killing my garage door install margins at $95/month

Switched to ServiceTitan for scheduling garage door jobs and it's a total time suck trying to route techs between opener installs and spring replacements. I'm paying $95 a month for this and still ending up with double-booked calls half the time. Anyone else feel like it's more hassle than it's worth for a small operation like mine?

what's the biggest pain point with their routing for you? like does it not handle traffic well for door service calls?

man i feel that. same crap with my software eating up hours just to schedule a simple panel swap.
