Job management software that's actually worth it for general contractors

Been in the general contracting game for 15 years, and I've tried a bunch of job management software to keep track of everything from material orders to crew schedules. Housecall Pro seemed okay at first, but the mobile app glitches out half the time when I'm on site quoting a deck rebuild or coordinating subs for a kitchen reno. We're in Texas so the heat kills batteries fast, and I need something that syncs offline without drama. Switched to Jobber last month and it's been solid for invoicing and dispatching the guys to multiple jobs without the constant follow-up calls. If you're running a small crew doing handyman stuff or bigger remodels, skip the free trials that promise the world and go straight to what integrates with QuickBooks. Anyone else found a gem that handles change orders without pulling your hair out? Saw a thread on r/smallbusiness where guys were raving about ServiceTitan, but that's overkill for us small ops.

ServiceTitan is a damn monopoly sucking every general contractor dry with their fees.

Yeah, they nickel and dime you on every feature unlock. Switched to a cheaper alternative and never looked back.

Tried FieldEdge for a year and it was a nightmare syncing with my accounting. Ended up back to spreadsheets, FML.

What's your setup like for a 5-man crew? Need recommendations under $200/month.

Hate when the app crashes mid-quote. Lost a $5k job once because of it.
