Google Business Profile is screwing over small handymen like me

I'm so pissed at how Google Business Profile handles reviews for solo guys like me doing odd jobs around town. Had a customer leave a one-star because I couldn't fix their leaky faucet in under an hour, even though I told them upfront it'd take two with the right SharkBite fittings. We're right on the Gulf so everything rusts fast and jobs drag, but Google doesn't care about context, just slaps that review up and tanks my ranking. Saw a rant in the Contractors Network Facebook group where another guy lost three leads in a week from fake bad reviews. TBH, it's making it impossible to compete with the big outfits who game the system. Anyone else dealing with this crap?
